About Me
My Story
I am a mom (of two lovely girls), an artist (who creates with makeup, spaces, fabric, words and anything that inspires me), and RN (I chose nursing school over unemployment during the pandemic and although it was the most challenging endeavor of my life, it was quite rewarding), a Licensed Massage Therapist LMT, CLT (body worker and energy worker using all kinds of modalities and techniques in a therapeutic practice), the owner of Creative Juice Group (a fabulously creative event entertainment company now semi-retired), a "seasoned" (that means I know a lot because I have been around for a really long time) event expert, breast cancer survivor (and survivor of lots of other life events too), author (currently in the process of being published) and motivational speaker (I love my jobs).

As a small business owner, I have been privileged to work for myself. However, with every project comes a new boss. So, I learned quickly how to suit up in the uniform of the team I am playing for and to always wear my big girl panties just in case I have to be the coach.

"I Wish, Period..."
Currently in process for publication. This book was written and illustrated by Sandy O'Brien for her daughter who was approaching puberty and menstruation. It is the passing of some female wisdom from a mother to her daughter to calm the fears and welcome Aunt Flo each month for her visits.
Sandy has been writing and drawing for years. "I Wish, Period..." is the first book being published due to the enthusiasm of her daughters. Three other books are waiting patiently for this first one to be born so they too can one day be enjoyed by others.
